Acuity Coffee was built around a simple idea: great coffee should be one thing you can count on, wherever the day takes you.

From quiet mornings at home to long shifts, open roads, early departures, and adventures above the clouds, Acuity is made for people who stay sharp, keep moving, and make the most of the time they're given.

We believe good coffee should be dependable without being ordinary. Our coffee is roasted in small batches and fulfilled through our U.S.-based roasting partner, helping deliver fresh coffee without spending months sitting on a warehouse shelf.

BUILT FROM EXPERIENCE

Acuity Coffee was founded by a flight paramedic and his family, shaped in part by a career spent in emergency medicine both in the United States and overseas. Long shifts, early departures, nights away from home, and coffee at all hours have been part of that life for years.

Away from work, that same drive continues through aviation, skydiving, travel, and a love for adventure. Those experiences helped shape Acuity's identity—from the aircraft and landscapes found throughout the brand to the idea of being ready for whatever comes next.

But Acuity isn't only for flight crews, first responders, or people jumping out of airplanes. It's for anyone who works hard, explores often, takes on challenges, and appreciates a dependable cup of coffee along the way.

We don't expect every customer to share our beliefs. We simply believe in being open about the values that guide our company and doing our best to live those values through the way Acuity operates.
