Mexico is a smooth, approachable single-origin coffee grown in the Chiapas region of southern Mexico at elevations ranging from approximately 1,000–1,800 meters.

It offers medium acidity and a creamy body, with notes of rich chocolate, dark cherry and orange, followed by a sweet, clean finish.

This SHG, EP grade coffee is washed processed and sourced through Alma de Chiapas, an umbrella cooperative supporting hundreds of coffee-growing families while helping producer groups strengthen quality management, business operations and financial practices.
